Lineos 
Lineos, the AI assistant powered by insightsoftware, is integrated into the Bizview Platform application to offer quick and intelligent support for Bizview processes. It is a floating icon placed on all pages of the application, and you can move the icon anywhere within the interface for convenience and accessibility.

Doc Assist
Answers queries related to Bizview processes, using documentation and knowledge base articles.

Toggle Lineos Feature Visibility
To toggle Lineos feature in the platform:

Navigate to Settings > Appearance > Lineos.

In the User settings tab, under Lineos, select Yes/No to show or hide the Lineos icon.
Click Save.
