Doc Assist 
The Lineos Doc Assist feature provides real-time answers to user queries about Bizview processes by leveraging documentation and knowledge base articles. It delivers concise and relevant responses, while also suggesting related help articles for deeper insights.
Using Doc Assist
To use the Doc Assist:

Click the Lineos icon. The Lineos window pops up.

In the chat window, type your questions and press Enter.
The Doc Assist will provide a tailored response to your queries.
You can also select related help articles under References to view more information on the subject.

Click the Close button to close the chat window.
Once the chat window is closed, the Lineos icon will reappear.
