Bizview v25.3 Enhancements
This topic describes the significant enhancements in Bizview v25.3.
Caution: Starting with Bizview v24.1, feature enhancements are no longer available to on-premise users.
Enhanced Excel Format Support in Input Forms and Reports
Starting from version 25.3, the Bizview application now supports .xlsx format for all Excel export/import operations in Input Forms and Reports modules. To remain aligned with industry standards and address customer needs, this enhancement adopts the .xlsx format for exporting workbooks in Input forms and Reports. The .xlsx format, introduced with Excel 2007, supports enhanced features including up to 1,048,576 rows and 16,384 columns.
.xlsx format support in Input Forms
To export/import Input Forms, users can access the options directly from the Share menu.
To export/import Input form data:
Select the desired Input Form you wish to export.
Navigate to Share Menu and select Export workbook/Import.

Choose from the three available export options for exporting the workbook:
Export to Excel - Creates .xlsx with all form data and formulas intact
Export to Excel (Clear Formulas) - Generates .xlsx with static values only
Export to Import - Produces .xlsx optimized for data import workflows
The system automatically downloads the .xlsx file upon completion.
Each export option serves specific business needs while leveraging the enhanced capabilities of the .xlsx format.

.xlsx format support in Reports Module
To export reports, users can access the two export options directly from the Share menu.
To export reports:
Select the desired Report you wish to export.
Navigate to Share Menu and select Export workbook.

Export to Excel (Clear Formulas) - Generates .xlsx with static values only
The system automatically downloads the .xlsx file upon completion.

.xlsx format support in template design -Input Forms/Reports
You can also export/import the Input Forms and Reports in the design mode in .xlsx format.
To export/import form data in design mode:
Select the desired Input Form/Report in design mode you wish to export.

Navigate to Workbook Menu and select Export to Excel/Import from Excel.
The system automatically downloads the .xlsx file upon completion.

Lineos and Report Assist Services Integration
Bizview extends the Lineos AI Assistant capabilities with Report Assist, an intelligent dashboard generation service that transforms natural language descriptions into professional visualizations. This enhancement empowers Platform customers with Admin licenses to create sophisticated dashboards without technical expertise.
Users can leverage the Report Assist services to generate visualizations by simply describing their requirements in plain English.
System Administrators can synchronize new data views through the Synchronize Data feature, ensuring the AI has access to the latest data structures.
With the Report Assist integration in Bizview, users can:
Generate dashboards instantly by describing requirements in natural language, eliminating manual design work.
Create multiple chart types including bar charts, pie charts, gauges, grids, and cards through conversational prompts.
Refine visualizations iteratively through continued conversation with the AI for perfect results.
Synchronize newly added data views and tables to ensure AI access to current data structures (System Admin only).
