Bizview v25.2 Enhancements

This topic describes the significant enhancements in Bizview v25.2.

Caution: Starting with Bizview v24.1, feature enhancements are no longer available to on-premise users.

Notifications

The notification preferences are upgraded with new functionality tailored to form-related alerts . Users can now subscribe to form lock/unlock notifications, ensuring they receive only relevant updates that affect their workflow.

By default, form notifications are turned off, allowing users to enable them based on their specific needs.

Users can configure form notification preferences via a toggle from the User settings panel, ensuring they receive relevant alerts without unnecessary distractions. If enabled, the system automatically selects the Lock/Unlock preference to track access changes.

User will receive real-time notification in the panel, when any user locks/unlocks the form for the input. Notification message will include the link to the form.

Real-time form lock/unlock notifications alerts the users when a form they can access is modified by another user, providing direct links for quick access.

Additionally, stored user preferences allow notifications to be saved or adjusted as needed. Users disabling Forms notifications will have entries removed, ensuring only active preferences remain.

These enhancements make notifications more intuitive, helping users manage, customize, and control form-related alerts seamlessly.

Users can now set up jobs to automatically import business views from Angles through the OBDF connector using an access token.

Additionally, users can configure business view endpoints, apply custom data filters, and setup regular data synchronization jobs. The utility is fully integrated with Bizview's processing service, which means no additional installation is required.
